Creditors' Report
During the winding-up proceedings Kaupthing Bank compiles a comprehensive Creditors‘ Report in order to give creditors good overview of the status of the Bank, legal framework, actions taken, organization and other important issues. The Creditors' Report is compiled on a regular basis and is available on the Bank's website, www.kaupthing.com. The report, which was first published in February 2009, is now updated on a monthly basis with financial information updated twice a year.
